In order of importance, please list up to three issues your organization is interested in working with SCNO to resolve. Each issue should be addressed using the following format:

Issue: What is an important problem your organization is currently experiencing? Why is this issue important, and what does this issue stop you from achieving?

Current Status: How is your organization currently addressing the problem? What has your organization previously done? If you are not or are unable to address it, please inform us.

Engagement Goals: Include at least 1 short-term goal (can completed between September-December or January-April), and at least 1 long-term goal.

Include questions that you would like SCNO to help address/solve for you or a description to what a complete project would look like and what skills that would helpful for the project.
