Non-Profits

Our ultimate goal is to provide our clients invaluable strategic consulting to identify opportunities to improve their success in the community. Our value is derived from our members' academic and practical experience, and ability to provide sound and objective analysis. Since our inception in 2003, SCNO has provided consulting engagements to over 70 non-profits across Michigan.

Project Experience

• Marketing: Determination of target market and the most efficient ways to reach and retain these individuals
• Fundraising and Capital Allocation: Not only the development of fundraising plans, but also the determination of how to maintain and best employ the funds
• Information Technology: Development of technology-based tools to best optimize operations and marketing efforts
• Organizational Strategy: Critical analysis of the organization's impact in the community and the most effective ways to operate in the future within the vision of the organization
• Operational Management: Further analysis of operations to determine opportunities to better conduct the organization's daily practices
