Students Consulting for Non-Profit Organizations (SCNO) is a national organization of undergraduate students committed to developing communities through pro-bono consulting engagements with non-profit organizations.

Baban

Babandeep Rathore
President

Baban is a junior graduating in May 2013. She has been in SCNO for 6 semesters. Previously Baban has done a marketing internship, participates in Multicultural Business Students, & the Accounting Students Association. Baban's goal after she graduates is to find a job in Risk Advisory, Assurance, or Finance.

Steve

Steve Schaeffler
Executive Vice President

Steve is a senior who is graduating this May with a B.A. in Supply Chain Management with a Minor in International Business. Steve has been in SCNO for 5 semesters. Previously, he has done 3 internships in various industries as well as serving as the Vice President of Finanace for the Broad China Business Society. After graduation Steve is starts work at Honeywell in there Aerospace & Defense Division.

Clayton

Clayton Meyers
Director of Community Development

Clayton Meyers is a junior Finance Major with a Minor in Philosophy & Law. He has been with SCNO for 4 semesters. Previously, Clayton interned in various finance roles, is involved with the Financial Markets Institute, & Student Investment Assocation. Clayton's goal after he graduates is go into Investment Management.

Josh

Josh Taykowski
Director of Human Resources

Josh is a senior graduating in December 2012 with a degree in Finance. Josh has been in SCNO for 4 semesters. Previously, Josh interned at GE Energy, participates in the Financial Markets Institute, & Student Investment Association. After graduation Josh's goal is to work full time with GE.

 Karthik

Karthik Khajana
Project Manager

Karthik is a junior, dual majoring in Supply Chain Management and English. He has been in SCNO for 4 semesters. Previously, Karthik interned at GE Healthcare & is participation in the Marshall International Case Competition. This summer Karthik is interning at General Mills.

Ryan

Ryan Holcomb
Project Manager

Ryan is a junior graduating in May 2013. He will be graduating with a B.A. in Supply Chain Management. This will be his fourth semester returning to SCNO. Ryan just got back from doing 3 internships in a row.

Blake

Blake Joh
Project Manager

Blake is a junior Finance major graduating in May 2013. This is his fourth semester in SCNO. Previously, Blake interned at a middle market investment bank and is involved with the Financial Markets Institute. After graduation Blake plans on pursuing a career in Investment Banking.

Erik

Erik Malin
Senior Advisor

Erik is a senior in finance in the Financial Markets Institutes. He has been in SCNO for 7 semesters and has previously filled the roles of Consultant, Director of Community development, and President. He has spent two summers in investment banking, most recently with Lazard. Erik is currently working with a start up on a project basis with the plans of pursuing a more permanent role with that firm.
